YOUNG Luke Heritage claimed his first five-wicket haul as Horspath 4th drew at Bicester & North Oxford 2nd in Cherwell League Division 7. The 13-year-old off-spinner returned superb figures of 5-33 as Bicester posted 172-8 after being put in to bat. His wickets came in a 12-over spell, with four victims - including top-scorer Callum Doak (53) - bowled and one stumped. There was also a wicket apiece for fellow youngsters Charlie Turner, Elliot Ward and veteran Trevor Spindler. Heritage (26no) and Turner (21no) then steered Horspath to safety at 136-6 after Haris Naeem (3-37) had taken early wickets. The draw sees Horspath move up a place to seventh.
